Hello FOMC,
City Council is holding a Town Hall Meeting for the Takhini region this Wednesday
(see below for details).  This is a great opportunity to speak with
Council about the importance of protecting McIntyre Creek, and in
particular Middle McIntyre, from destructive development.  While Council
has voted to postpone any further consideration of planning for the
Porter Creek D subdivision, development pressure never rests!  Also,
given that the City will be wrapping up their Regional Parks Plan this
June, a good opportunity to ask about park planning specific to McIntyre
 Creek Park.
